Lots of good advise here.....the best way to start is to practice by urself first with a SMALL dildo. Use a proper lube. Vasoline is not a good internal lube b/c it's petroleum based and only meant for external use. It's not quite slippery enough either (and it is not recommended for use with condoms btw).
