The simplest way to put a nice background on your profile is go to http://www.pimp-my-profile.com/hi5-layouts/or http://www.profilebrand.com/hi5-layouts/ You can browse tons of backgrounds on both sites. I found using the ones that are designed for Hi5 work best. When you find one you like, the website gives you a code. You copy the code and then on Gay Boys Tube, go to Edit Profile and paste the code into one of the Random Information boxes, then click Save at the bottom and you should be done. There are other ways to do the same thing but you need more knowledge of creating your own codes, which I do not have.
