Hi its david from Australia
I once owned and old house (1880) where there was a ghost. I wont say haunted that is too spooky. I never saw her but friends who have stayed with me in my guest room have told me that they woke up to find an old woman dressed in grey standing at the foot of the bed. This happened a number of times and some people got the creeps.
I finally solved the problem by going into the room (where I later found out she died in many years ago) and telling her in a lloud voice that she was not to upset my guests and that I owned the house now. I did say to her she was welcome to stay as long as she stopped scaring people.

Later that day I was in the kitchen and I felt someone hugging me from behind. I turned around and there but she stopped scarying my guests. I am a Christian and talked this over with my parish priest. He was supportive and said there are many things we dont understand. If what you saw was a dream ignore it but if it was a ghost dont feel it is a threat. Much love David (hope you have seen my posts)

I take a supplement daily of Acetyl L-Carnitine it is involved in brain metabolism. Also if taken before sleep very likely to induce what is called vivid dreaming. If a person is not paranoid or such can be a wonderful experience. From my experiences I would have to say that you were having a vivid dream. Usually dreams are some portion of a memory (s) that get brought up and sometimes rearranged.

I was driving threw death valley with my BF. Death valley is quite large and during the summer there is not a lot of traffic. I tend to have a habit of counting cars when I ride in remote areas. As we were near the end of the valley heading towards Beaty Nv I had not passed any on coming cars for at least a half hour. It was right about dusk and as we were driving there was a guy wearing black shoes black pants and a dark green shirt. I would say in his mid 30s. he was a white guy and slim. I remember this so well because as we drove by it must have been 120 degrees outside and he was pale and was not sweating. He never looked at us and he was walking down the road into death valley. I turned to my BF and said that was weird did you see that guy and he said yes. I asked him did you see any cars on the side of the road as I know I did not nor had we passed any cars coming or going. We drove another 30 mile out of the valley and still no cars. Don't no if he was a ghost but it was pretty weird. No cars in site 120 degrees outside he is dressed in nice clothes never looked at us as we passed. hmmm

Maybe the ghost was trying to explain to you the difference between "seen" and "saw".
