I was in the scouts. Never had any scout masters perv on us. most likely because we were always trying to get into each other scout pants. a lot of jerking each other off in the woods back then.

reply to bradley1202...how right you are..the catholic church does not like any wrong doings by it's priests..and it is well known for 'cover ups' to avoid and bad publicity!

I dunno bout that cuz I was in scouts when I was 12 and our cabin leader who was 16 did some stuff whit me. He said I was his #1 scout. But I never felt molested cuz he was really cool.

There both good organisations for youth and sadly they have both had Molesters in there ranks,but i agree that the church has the worst record by far and they are very experienced at covering it up and moving a priest to another church were he can keep on offending,In some cases for more than 50 years

They are protected by their parish, that's why some are scum not all
