I see these guys in the videos with tounge piercings. I was wondering if it added anything to the 'pleasure'

My tongue has been pierced for nine years now. It can add to the pleasure if the person with the piercing knows how to use it...the ball (metal or plastic) should be worked over the most sensitive spot(s) on the penis, usually the underside of the head, or right at the opening of the asshole. Of all the parts of the body regularly pierced, the tongue is the least prone to infection and the quickest to heal [good] but you wouldn't know it from the amount of discomfort you have to endure in the first two days [bad]. My boyfriend talked me into getting mine pierced, and while he spent the next two days trying to make me talk and laughing at me, I spent the next two days unable to say anything that didn't sound like 'blah, blah, bla-blah' and wishing he was dead for making me get the piercing. Your tongue will swell to about 3 times its normal size and the skin will become so tender that even touching it to your teeth (which you cannot avoid) makes it feel like it's burning. For this reason, you also won't want to eat anything for those two days, except for maybe cold oatmeal. You will likely talk with a lisp for the next few weeks, until you retrain your mouth to speak properly with the added element in your mouth. After a week, you are supposed to return to the person who performed the piercing and have the tongue-ring resized, now that the swelling has gone down. (I did not do this...you can do so many more things with the longer bar on the tongue-ring, and as long as you are not constantly biting the metal ball by accident, that's okay. I only bite mine an average of once or twice a year. Before making the actual hole, the piercer will mark your tongue, allowing you to make sure the position is to your liking. I suggest having the hole punched just a bit further back in the mouth than it normally would be: the pleasuring effect remains the same; normal speech returns more quickly; it is less likely to scratch or chip your front teeth while speaking; and on those occasions that you need to look more professional or formal (we all have those times), it's easier to keep the piercing in your mouth when speaking to people and not flopping out with every word you say. (Some co-workers and people at church still don't know that my tongue is pierced.) That's it...it's easy to care for: just make sure you clean the underside of the tongue-ring every so often as you brush your teeth!

You might consider pasting the following in 'Google' search: tongue piercing hazard OR infection OR complication OR damage OR problem; read up, become informed, THEN decide. Best of luck on whatever you decide to do, David.
