I do drugs. So not that often am I feeling like craps.

A few days ago but it was because I was hungry sleepy and horny

we all have times when we feel down, but it will get better, the bad times dont last forever, take each day as it comes, each day is a new day, if the days dont get better and your still feeling crap please go see your doc, feeling low is just part of life we all suffer days feeling crap, but depression is different and you need to go talk to your doc about what your feeling.. some times we need a little help to lift ourselves out from it, dont ever feel your alone... ..........................If you identify with several of the following signs and symptoms, and they just won’t go away, you may be suffering from clinical depression......

you can’t sleep or you sleep too much....
you can’t concentrate or find that previously easy tasks are now difficult.....
you feel hopeless and helpless.....
you can’t control your negative thoughts, no matter how much you try.....
you have lost your appetite or you can’t stop eating....
you are much more irritable, short-tempered, or aggressive than usual....
you’re consuming more alcohol than normal or engaging in other reckless behavior....
you have thoughts that life is not worth living (Seek help immediately if this is the case)....

hi there......life gets hard for all of us, we all get down and depressed on times but things do get better and life is worth living just think of all the people in the world who are fighting to stay alive right now.....live each day as if its your last!!! I hope you will feel better very soon then come back to tell us all how great you feel ....cheers my friend :-)
