Its sad that when i reached out for another friend on GBT ....It was thown back
in my face.I really hope this doesnt happen to often on this site.:-(

Only been a member for like 5 hours and already got 5 or 6 friends requests...have to start sending out some of my own so I'll make YOU the first (lol....I say that like it's a really big deal...lol)

You really don't need friends who would treat anybody like that. They are only a worthless waste of time. Keep your head up because I am sure God will send something better into your life.

2 friends you need, urself and BilliyBuddy, the rest are great too, and don't let 1 rejection (prolly not worth it anyway) get u down, you have all of ur other friends

GBT is a GREAT site - there are lot of kinda and careing people. I have and had some GREAT friends here. THANKS nick for giveing US a place to be who we are - real people.

Some people just have behaviour to others, they maybe are jealous, or trying to fit in or just plain thoughtless, or perhaps in a bad place themselves. Before I came out I was angry at a lot of things (mainly right-wing types, the church and their deeds) and I never knew why lol. Still it's not nice when someone goes out of their way to send you a nasty message saying they don't want to be your friend is it?

Hillboy83 - Come on and take it a little easy. We ALL have reasons for accepting or rejecting friendship request. I'm sure you and I might be tougher skinned that others.We alsohave people here that have suffered a lot of hurt and rejection here and in their reallives. Just asking for a 'little compassion'. No reason for this to get out-of-hand. Be certain, I respect you and what ever your guidelines are. I have mine and post them just like you. No need to HURT. Time to put the dog out. Andy

You're not looking for a friend. You just want to get as many members on your friends list as you can, to make yourself feel better or more important. I am glad I rejected you, seeing as how I could have said something to you in private and you posted it up in the blog. No one can trust you. You have proven that.

Bradley - Billybuddy tells it all. MORE isn't always better. Sorry that you had someone send a 'reject'. May be a real belssing and I also have to respect anyone who wants to accept their own friends. Would never try to give you bad advice. You're to prescious for that.

Hi Bradley, Some of the very first words on Hillboy's blog are: "I will not accept every friend request that comes my way." (he has only accepted 21). So, don't take it personal. You are very nice to everyone you meet on GBT, you are kind, thoughtful, and sincere. Many, many boys (and men) here are wishing and hoping to meet someone special like you. Find them, meet them, talk to them. Be Happy. Don't let someone you've never even met hurt your feelings. I don't know you, but I've read your info, and some of the messages you've posted, and I LIKE YOU. Hope you find a new friend today, tomorrow, and every day. D.
