Every now and again my webcam light turns on and im not on any webcam pages or have my webcam open....is there someone watching me?

There are viruses that can allow others to control your cam and microphones on your computer. Never leave your cam or mice if external plugged in. Check you cam settings also, you may have left something important turned off in the settings such as you must approve others to view.

I'd at least unplug the cam when your not using it....didn't know all this...kinda makes me happy I dont' have a cam anymore

Mylollipop has great advice. Also check your glasses to make sure you don't have any green dots on them.

Maybe or maybe not. But i will recomend you to run spyware and virus test on your computer and maybe uninstall your webcam and reinstall it again.

To find Spyware and Mallware use:

Super Anti Spyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware both are free to install and use.

And check your Firewall and Virus protection to see if anything is wrong.
