I think having sex is something that you do because you want and not because you are obligated to do it. Assuming that there is an acceptable and willing partner or fb available, you should have sex when it feels right to you. If no partner or fb is available, then you need to look around in places you feel comfotable and you will likely find someone. I assume you still masturbate and I don't think you should feel any guilt for doing that.
