I have just started my profile, and I find it impossible to add a profile pic. The profile pic box won't accept anything I try to put on it. It stays blank whatever I try to add. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanx.

Many thanks, especially BSB for the instructions. They were most helpful, although I had a bit of a struggle, but it's done now until I can get a good personal pic made and uploaded. I'm amazed at how responsive and helpful people are on this site. Thanx again.---Steve

GO TO:1. http://www.picresize.com/ 2.select your picture/ browse 3. continue 4. crop selection (if needed) 5. resize your picture 6. Make my picture: choose CUSTOM SIZE 7. to WIDHT box write 100 PIXELS 8. to HEIGHT box 120 PIXELS 9. ->I'm done, resize my picture 10. view image (u can see it now in size 100 X 120) 11. save to disc (folder in your computer) 12. When in GBT, go to profile, upload avatar from your folder, follow orders and after that I'm sure you´re satisfied :))) Good luck! BSB

usainindia is right. There are two blogs with step-by-step instructions. You avatar picture can be no larger than 100x120. If you need more handson help - contact the member that posted those self help blogs. Godd Luck.

There is a blog with step by step instructions, but the key is that you have to reduce the size of any photo you want to use to 100 px before you try to upload it.
