Why mutilate yourself by having an unnecessary circumcision? All surgical procedures carry a risk. Your cock looks beautiful as it is. All of your points are easily answered.

1) The skin is just right, if your vid is anything to go by. As regards taking a piss, just pull the skin back before you start.

2) Bending is perfectly natural. All cocks are different. Some bend up, (as mine does), some bend down, like yours, some to the left and some to the right and others are perfectly straight. Wanking has no effect on that.
There is another possibility though. You may have ruptured one of the spongy vessels which fill with blood when you're erect. This can happen during very passionate sex. I love my foreskin and would never get rid of it unless I had to for medical reasons but at the end of the day the decision is yours to make. The one thing I do do though is when taking a piss is to always skin it back so that it doesn't get in the way. I've always done this for as long as I can remember as otherwise it sends piss flying everywhere. Mind you, it still seems to come out in multiple streams sometimes anyway. Then if there is toilet paper available, a quick wipe to dry it up.
