Most people who break the law are not quite right in the head anyway

A very sad case - Of all the 'free' contries in the world, the US - supposed to be the leader of the FREE world. The US has more citizens locked-up, per capata, than any other nation in the world ANY which includes, Russa, China, Korea - North or South. I mean ANY. So much for the landof the free. Probably 35 % don't even needto be there - no place to go. The US Govt. has also closed MANY mental facilities and hospitals and turned the LOONEYS loose. They find there way there too 20% of inmates are there because of mental health issue. This doesn't include those crushed by all the NEW and Increasing burden of laws put on the backs of the public AND law enforcement. Such a waste, BUT - they don't count as the homeless and unemployed.

Yes my uncle was in one for 6 months and he said it was awful. When he finally got out, he got a bus ticket and they sent him on his way without giving him any details. He has not done anything since to get him into any more trouble. But the stories are pretty gruesome and I would hate to ever have to be in one. He said the smell was just one problem out of a hundred.
