Its about being honest within yourself, its not a tag, some lesser minded people think it is, but thats their problem. Lifes to be loved, doesnt matter if you like males or females, what is important is life.

It is about a lable? Is mankind truly sexual creatures? It has only just been in the past few hundred or so years that we have had to decideone way or the other. Before that the Romans I believe had the Idea whatever felt good. As did many other cultures I truly hope that as we mature as a species ( yes I believe we are all still children, many of the blogs on here should re-enforce that if you need convincing. I realize I am new but thats my clinical opinion) As we mature as a species and our socitey matures with us we will realize that lables are no longer necessary. We are for want of a better term "omni-sexual" In other words when we are horny enough, anyone we are with looks good at the right moment. We can argue this issue back and forth all you like but ask any psycologist why a Straight boy accepts a blow job from a gay man or a Gay man in a drunk state has sex with a woman and he will tell you the limits are imposed on us in our minds. Our bodies still react to the pleasure as a reflex, our minds choose to say "ewwwww ick!!!" Someday we will all be open and loving to each other, unfortunately my new friends none of us on this site today will live long enough to see that day. Thats if ZOMBIES dont eat everyone first

You are gay whether you choose to announce it or even accept it as you...so it isn't a choice to be...it is a choice to accept and acknowledge your authentic self.

I dont see it as a choice, at least it was not for me. The choices I was able to make was to love myself for who I am and to come out to my family and friends. Of course I could have tried to live a straight life but that would not have made me straight just miserable. So I am 100% gay and happy with my life.

It really is not a choice. Whether your sexually attracted to men or to women or to both is just part of who you are. The question is more are you living someplace where you can be open about your sexual orientation without fear. I lived in a state of denial for decades. I got married and had children. But, now I'm single again, with two great children and two great grandchildren. Oh, and I totally accept that I unquestionably prefer males.
