you know i have come to notice, and maybe its just me but i find it no longer fun to watch vids here, I.E. they take to long to buffer, then when they resume, its all glitchy and the sound dosent match up with the vid :( and then it buffers some more aarrgg, what gives nick??? can u please look into this?? please!!! or come up with a new media veiwer??

i've always had this prob here. not on other sites..ie..youtube at all. i keep the pc very clean..nothing on realplayer.. i usually close all other windows ie..emails, facebook.. its very frustrating..

Ever since I joined GBT a year or more ago repeated buffering of videos has been a problem for me in the UK so now if I think a video looks of interest I just download it first (which is nearly always a matter of a few seconds uninterrupted) then watch it and delete it if not worth keeping.

Yeaah..Nick there is this bug going around in Europe...very mean fucker...pleading to be the police...very annoiying....but please do not forget..the World balance is insure..this could be the answer to many Questions...????....Greanpeace....????

nick i live in a small town in centeral kansas, and i only have 5 mg cable internet, from a provider about an hour and a half away, its reliable on most days, some days it dont work, and have to use my mobile hot spot on my phone and its about the same way

i just changed internet providers...to a faster speed...before my vids were choppy and buffering..consider gettin a faster speed internet...boyspop was horrible then and now it fine..

Tks for the replys guys will try and clean the comp up a bit see if it improves. When i move the arrow
over the screen it jumps so cant do it,so not sure what tht is.

All working fine for me. Try cleaning your computer regularly and ifyou have a lot of videos in your players library - it will cause your player to run slow. GOOD LUCK

Everything working well here on pc iphone and IPad why cant you do a full screen or move forward I can do it on my end think yourself lucky you got a reply

Have had this problem a few times tht it was my location but maybe notso.It is frustrating for sure as is
the fact you cant schrol through the vid or more it forward or do full screen like other sites.

Everything is O.K. with me....... read this..... :Hmmm......yes I agree with the majority....updates are most important....the thing about the video clips is that they do need a large amount of memory space and you could avoid buffering by keeping the background clear. Another thing to keep in mind is especially when visiting all those common tube porn sites....you are constantly running into the risk of being exposed to bots, trojans and adware tracking cookies and I have to scan my system every two days to keep it save against infections...but this is only to some extent and it depends on your surf behaviour. Another good reminder which many users are not aware of is their personal DSL performance which they can check by using a free speed test. If you are paying for a low speed (flat 6000 kbit/s) the flash player will need more time to memorize and this causes buffering, especially when it has to memorize a large file. Tackle this by downloading and then watch.
