i would like to ask, what can i do to relax my anus because i want my first time to happen and i dont want it to hurt. ive put one finger up about an inch and even that hurts a little. any ideas on how to get prepared so when i have sex for the first time to other guys penis doesnt hurt really bad when it goes in?

I was gonna give some tips that worked for me, but I think usainindia covered it all. Or maybe not. I just don't feel like reading all that.

There is a good book you can get called "The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Men" by Bill Brent. The biggest issue you need to overcome is your own tension and resistance. The first time I fingered myself (in the shower), it felt like I had to take the biggest turd ever. I was sure that as soon as I extracted my finger, there that turd would be on the shower floor. I found that be lubing my finger first, spreading my legs as much as possible and bending forward, not only would I not have that urgency feeling any longer, I would actually enjoy having my finger inside of me. I now easily enter one or two fingers and often three with no pain. The more you can relax your anal sphincter muscles before and as the Top enters you, the less likely you're experience pain and the more likely you'll enjoy it. On your own, you can try fingering yourself like when you're in the shower or you can use a butt plug or dildo to help you get used to something entering rather than exiting your 'boyhole'. Also, try to make sure you've had a bowel movement fairly recently so you're not keeping your anal sphincter muscles tight. Ideally, you should be able to 'push' very gently like you're trying to poop as the Top enters you. If you've had a recent bowel movement and push 'gently' there should be no issues. Just as important, the Top needs to take his time and make sure you're as relaxed as possible before he attempts to enter you. A good lube is also very important. With most condoms you need a water based lube, but those often do not last. A great lube is Albolene Moisturizing Cleanser (unscented). It is sold in the US in most big drug stores like Walgreens, CVS and Rite-Aid. It is the best lube I've ever encountered. Goes on easy, lasts a long time and easy to clean up. It can be used with Durex Avanti condoms, but not with latex condoms. Most important to having a good experience as a Bottom is being relaxed about it in your own mind.
