MEDITATION--IT REALLY WORKS VERY WELL TO IMPROVE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
Meditation……this meditation is used to reduce your stress level…it works..meditate before eating ..your digestion will slow down or stop…meditate for 15-25 minutes twice a day for best results…you may fall asleep while doing it..have a kitchen timer set for you to know when to come out or wake you up..don’t have things cooking on stove..no tv/radio….sit in a comfortable chair/sofa…close your eyes…relax for half minute or so..introduce the mantra…SCHRING…it is a sound..not a word..you say it but hear it…slowly repeat it…maybe on exhale..hear it..it is a sound…you will have thoughts come in…when you realize it ..simply reintroduce the sound..(this is the heart of doin it correctly) the sound may change it is normal..your body will go asleep..your mind awake..have a clock/watch to peek at when you think time to stop..TO STOP…simply stop the mantra…take a minute or so the slowly wake up your body..done..ideally do it before leaving in morning and before eating…..also evening before you eat…IT IS DEEP REST FOR DYNAMIC ACTIVITY….please try it…I will answer any question you have..thanks..mike
After a while he got bored with it, so decided to have some fun with the mad women who subscribed to his horoscope services.
He wrote something along the lines of "you need to go to a small town on Wednesday, wear a red scarf around your neck, and carry a green handbag and you will meet the man of your dreams".
On that Wednesday various people rang the airlines and were astonished to find not a seat was available on flights to that particular town "there must be some major conference on as we are fully booked" said one travel agent to an enquiry.
The townsfolk were equally surprised to note a substantial number of women wearing red scarfs and carrying green handbags walking around town, and why various younger men were being chased down the street by them.
Therefore sorta wondered if it was a joke, a windup.
I was also wondering if you only get the best results from 15 to 25 minutes, what happens at 25:01? - does it suddenly go "BANG!" and you are back to the beginning? your stress levels skyrocket?
and what happens if someone mispronounces the word "schring"? or says it in a different accent? does that make any difference?
