My friend just turned 18 and he was trying to make an account on gbt. Well he keeps putting all the information in right and it's saying th caption is an error.. What do I do to help him fix this problem? I tryed to make one for him and it wouldn't even let me do it

Problems before with IP-address maybe...try another computer.

Haven't heard this one before - strange. You might want to do a full clean of your system and rebot. Just a suggestion.

Hmmm... did you try a different browser? Sometimes Firefox acts silly, so temporarily switch to IE.
