I have a technical question. Is it possible to download videos on a MacBook and if so, how? Thanks!

It should be possible. When you are viewing a video and you wish to download it, click "Download This Video." You will then be taken to page with a link saying "Secure Download Link." Right-click the link and choose "Save Link As," or whatever the equivalent is on the Apple OS. It should pop open a window asking you what to name the file and where. It will be in MP$ format.
