If you find a hot guy I dont mean just looks,because personality is a big thing with me, how do you make an approach, I imagine my face turning scarlet and my heart beating 100 miles an hour, what do you guys do

First, you have to talk to him. You can't shy away or else he may never notice you. Approach him and discuss something, even if it's silly it may spark a good conversation. Being nervous is quite normal. It's similar to the movie "We Bought a Zoo," all you need is 20 seconds of courage.
