Exercise: I need help to build up or reaffirm.

Hi there, first time I'm posting a Blog.
I want to ask for help about tips, products, links, books, vids, etc. that you (anyone of you) have tried for real and get results.
There are so many products that are just a fake to take my/your/our money.
Can you help me? I want to get better abs, and bigger bicepts (among other things).
Any real help will be greatly apreciated!!

Sperm is an excellent source of protein. I suggest you ingest as much as you can on a daily basis. And, it's all natural with no artificial colors, sweeteners or preservatives. It's an important part of a healthy, balanced gay diet. It also releases endorphins in the brain. Ever notice how you always seem to have an incredible feeling of well being just after swallowing a fresh load of hot sperm? I know I do.

voyeurpro - In answer to your question about products like protein powder or other things, the answer is no. They all throw your system out of balance. Eat a diet rich in a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean unprocessed meat and fish. Avoid ALL fast foods - they are high calorie, loaded with fat and devoid of essential nutrients. Avoid all fried foods, especially deep fat fried foods for the same reason. Avoid anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. That means no sodas. And don't think of switching to diet soda instead. The artificial sweeteners used in them are far worse for you than sugar. Ever notice that you always see fat people walking around carrying a diet soda? NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use steroids. The muscle you may build in the short term with them eventually turns to flab. They will also turn you into a psychotic eunuch. In your exercise regimen, I would recommend going for definition rather than bulk. It's a lot easier to maintain over time and nothing attracts hard dicks like a hard, tight, well sculpted body. That means using lighter weights for more repetitions as opposed to using heavier weights for fewer repetitions. Most importantly. this has to become part of your regular lifestyle. You can't do it just now and then or you'll never reap the benefits you want. Keep at it every day and in about a year you'll be attracting more dick than you can handle (if that's even possible). Oh, and avoid onions and garlic. They make your sperm tart and bitter. Fresh fruits, especially pineapple, makes your sperm sweet and delicious. Once you've got a nice hard, tight body and it become known that you have the sweetest sperm in town, hot gay guys will be lining up for a taste. Good luck.

Just join a gym, preferably one that caters to a gay male clientele. I guarantee there will be lots of hot guys there that will be more than willing to show you how to build a nice sexually desirable body. Being around a lot of hot gay guys will also motivate and inspire you to keep at it. It's also a great place to find hot, hard, sperm spewing dick. It worked for me.
