How to get a video removed?

there is a video on here that I would like to be removed.. How can I get it deleted?

Ask the person who posted it or ask the site admin (Nick18). These are the only ones who can do it. If you give them a good reason, they probably will. However, you should realize that once a video is out there on the internet, it is going to keep popping up forever and you can never make it disappear entirely.
