Is the "Favorites" option not working?

Is the "Favorites" option not working? It's not for me. It just makes the options go away and nothing happens. It doesn't add anything to my "Favorites" list. Is there a limit to how many "Favorites" one can have? Thanks for letting me know and have a good day!

I am using Firefox. I can view a video no problem. However, if I click on Favorite, the video re-starts and then under the video there is no option to confirm that I want it as a Favorite. Also, the first time, I try to adjust Volume for a video or to skip forward in it, it re-starts.
