Pos Thinking

I wanted to say, since I have been back and I had time to actually read my page, I wanted to take the time to thank you all. When I was down in the dumps, I read all the very nice things that were on my page. It made me realize, that I am a fortunate person with such nice, kind, random people in my life. I will say, the temptation of cutting myself is still there, but I bought some rubber braclets that say strong and loving, as a dedication to you all that inspired me to live on and do something with my life. And if it were not for some of you, I truely would not still be here. I wanna again, thank you all for all the love and support. You know who you are!

Oh, you missed the point of this blog. I actually went and got help and I am feeling better. I am actually happy for once. And I am glad I am happy. I bought the wrist bands to remind me to stay happy!

bro, don't feel like you're alone. you're not. i've wanted to do the razor blade trip myself. but weird as it may seem that's the easy way out. just take one day at a time. try to find something positive to do each day that brings you pleasure and makes you feel good about yourself. here's a suggestion: treat yourself to a juicy P. J. Clarkes hamburger. i live in Hawaii but we know all the way out here that P. J.'s burgers are tops! or go to Brooklyn and have a "cronut" after the burger for dessert! life's well worth living with perks like those. here's wishing you peace, and a long happy life! aloha. 8:)

A few thoughts for you Johnny xo "A lot of things are inherent in life -change, birth, death, aging, illness, accidents, calamities, and losses of all kinds- but these events don't have to be the cause of ongoing suffering. Yes, these events cause grief and sadness, but grief and sadness pass, like everything else, and are replaced with other experiences. The ego, however, clings to negative thoughts and feelings and, as a result, magnifies, intensifies, and sustains those emotions while the ego, overlooks the subtle feelings of joy, gratitude, excitement, adventure, love, and peace that come from being Positive . If we dwelt on these positive states as much as we generally dwell on our negative thoughts and painful emotions, our lives would be transformed."
