I found a vid here yesterday of an asian boy JO on a green sofa that I had serious doubts about whether he was "18". I shared the vid w/ @jasechase, and asked him to screen it and then take what action he felt appropriate. I was trying to be "responsible" for once, just in case it was CP. The vid didn't "disappear" so I guess "wise old owl" @jase felt I was overreacting. I have complete faith in his judgement in matters like this. So I went back and viewed the vid without the slightest trace of guilt! Kewl! Thanks @jase for being my "crutch"! You're a real stand up guy in a pinch! lol ;)

@acheron. Yes if a 14 yr old posts a webcam of himself JO and we view it, is someone going to put out our eyes with a hot poker for doing so? And I'm not going to prefer charges against the lad for "doing what cums naturally" and somehow "accidentally" recording it and posting it to GBT are you? I will just toss out a word here for consideration and comment: hypocrisy. 'nuff said.

Oh absolutely @jonpitko! especially the webcams, you really don't know, but there's no proof of any age. Some look younger, look older, yet we really don't know. We can only act on the instances where it's bloody obvious one is underage. It will always be a grey area. Its also a matter of opinion. I might think one guy is 19, you might think he's 17 and scream CP. What do you do? Take it off 'cause one guy thinks it? Any of the older guys remember the Traci Lords scandal? She was a popular porn actress in the 80s, and it hit the news that most of her films were done when she was 14 and 15. All of her films instantly became CP, yet how many guys were masturbating watching her films? (ok I know a lot of you here didn't lol)Video stores had to pull her titles off the shelves or be charged with distributing child porn, whereas the day before it was acceptable.
