Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster, and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again.

a man = being a good person and allowing yourself the time to help others/younger people learn from your own mistakes and downfalls and move through their lives with love, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help others. Allow them to make mistakes and try to guide them in the right direction and above all LOVE not hate!

Good quotation - I particularly agree with the part about how you treat people who cannot fight (or answer) back. I think anyone who treats staff members or any subordinate disrespectfully should be ashamed of themselves.
