Bhuthcher you do have freedom of speech, BUT your comment "so go and die of YOUR "AIDS"! " is homophobic and as irresponsible as your first comment "HIV and AIDS do NOT exist. It's a complete illusion, a myth, a lie. And almost the whole fuckin naive humanity is falling for it." ....You are the one who shows NO UNDERSTANDING of HIV and AIDS..it is very real! WE have lots of young guys here looking for advice, and need to get the right information. Having looked at your profile and your "hate for bisexuals" and no adds for friends, I really wonder if you should be on this site at all. Your attitude is disgusting!

SteelHammer, why do you rage about things you obviously know nothing about? Anyone can believe what they want, not my problem. I just find it sad when nice people fall for this nonsense and think that death is near. But you're not nice, so go and die of your "AIDS"!

like i said its all rumors. im pretty sure it was all just one of the hundreds of other things that can cause a strange white blood cell count. But they still have me worried. If we end up dating i will be sure to ask him about everything.

I was talking to a friend who's ex became HIV+ and right now he is living a normal life with a BF. apparently the medications now make it very difficult to spread. and of course safe sex is a must and dose a great job in helping to prevent spreading the infection.

what i don't know is can they have oral sex? anyone know?

@bhutcher "...the editors of the magazine Continuum consistently denied the existence of HIV/AIDS. The magazine shut down when its editors all died of AIDS-related causes..."

@bhutcher You are a FUCK. Are you serious? It doesn't exist? Are you mentally unstable? So when people share dirty needles and get sick and die from no white blood cells and no immune system, that's not real? Oh OK. Well You should go tell all those AIDS patients who are dying that they don't have to worry since they aren't really sick. That is a horribly irresponsible things to say dumb ass.

HIV and AIDS do NOT exist. It's a complete illusion, a myth, a lie. And almost the whole fuckin naive humanity is falling for it. Go and have fun. Oh and before you all get disappointed in a few days: Santa doesnt exist too.

Okay it's times like these that put the huge stigma into these things... Here are some facts:

1) having a "white blood cell issue" doesn't mean you have aids, leukaemia, lupus, cancers, auto-immune diseases etc even an infection can effect white blood cell levels.
2) you CANNOT pass HIV through kissing unless your both bleeding and swapping blood in your kiss, saliva doesn't contain the concentration of the virus to cause infection (same with sweat and tears)
3) getting tested is only accurate withint 3 months of the last unprotected exposure. HIV testing has a window period of 3 months, meaning that the body takes time to build up anti-body levels that will show in tests. Even the p24 antigen (the first detectable point of HIV) isn't noticeable on blood work until about 6-7 weeks post exposure.
4) everyone should practice safe sex until they know their partners status.
5) You can't pass on aids... You pass on HIV, AIDS is the stage where you typically develop an aids defining illness like Kawasaki disease etc.
6) current antiretroviral medications we have now can prevent people from developing aids, and even reduce viral loads to undetectable levels.

Any questions ask :)

Better safe than sorry. Ask (tell) him to get tested. Not sure if you can get infected from kissing, but having unprotected sex is very risky. Be upfront about this. You must be firm. It's your life here. Don't give an inch on this point. Even having "safe sex" is unwise. Tell him, until you know for sure it's look but don't touch. Either he proves his status, or he takes a hike!
