It's common knowledge in both film and television that the camera adds ten pounds to you. Camera angles can also be manipulated in such a way that the cock can appear bigger relative to the body. It's like when you have a picture taken of yourself with the big fish that you just caught and you hold it closer to the camera to make it seem bigger by using your own body for perspective.

They all seem the same to me although you can't always be too sure about the size of a guys dick in a photo. Oftentimes the dick is photoshopped to make it look bigger.
