The latino imagination bodes well for our immigrant future, at least for Mexican Americans. Cubans are another story altogether, unfortunately, with the likes of Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz leading the pack.

Where I live... gay marriage is supposedly legal. Yet a week ago, a gay couple were literally forced into hiding when their wedding turned into a scene of violence :(

This is what it all comes down to, as the Judge so eloquently puts it..... -

"...Without a rational relation to a legitimate governmental purpose, state-imposed inequality can find no refuge in our United States Constitution...These Texas laws deny plaintiffs access to the institution of marriage and its numerous rights, privileges, and responsibilities for the sole reason that Plaintiffs wish to be married to a person of the same sex...."

I think the Judge has a funny name though - Orlando Garcia! lol ...(shows a bit more imagination than, say, "Bob" doesn't it?)
