X-Tube also has an "amateur" area where you can charge for pictures and videos; pretty sure you're allowed to set your own price, although I'd suggest looking at a bunch of the other pages there to get an idea of what to charge. You could always do the independent route, set up a website with a paypal link for "subscribers," too.
