You bet, and i'm still recovering from it. Had a crush on my straight best friend since middle school. IDK what was worse, hanging out with him and trying not to think about how fucking gorgeous he was, or now not seeing him at all and missing him like hell. I could really use a cute guy walking into my life to take my mind off him right now.

consider the fact that my bf was 16, i was 17. i turned 18 and for two months i was doing a 16 year old, then for the next 10 months i was doing a 17 year old. then i turned 19 and he was 17. there is 14 months age difference. age knows no difference if your in love or sexually involved with someone you care about.

Yes, in high school, for nearly two years. We loved each other, each of us lived at home then with homophobic parents,I do still. The town we live in is Homophobe Central. So we couldn't do ANYTHING. We'd go to the movies and sit together, hold hands under our coats and scarves and things on our laps, then walk home together not holding hands and slip into the town park and find the darkest most remote part and kiss and make out. It was wonderful and dreadful. Only once a week being able to touch even our fingers was the most refined torture. We even were careful about looking at each other too much at school. We had to break up at the end of HS because I went to university in the nearby city and am living at home, close enough to commute, he went six hundreds miles away to his university. We still talk every night, but that's not the same as being able to touch him and kiss him and smell his hair and be held by him.

gay love is not understandable by some, who don't realise we are the same ..we just want to love and be loved, and yet that inspires hatred in them. I often wonder what many of the critics would do if their son or daughter was gay?

Illegal? Of course not. In the eyes of many religious people gay love is forbidden, immoral love. In that sense I'm a complete untouchable who will have only forbidden love. But for me that is necessary for a happy, healthy life.
