Pre-cum is a mostly clear viscous fluid. It contains generally no sperm or at least generally so. It tends to leak out, it does not shoot like when you cum. It is produced by the Cowper s Glands. It is thought that it can be a lubricant. But not all men produce pre-cum during arousal and the amounts vary for those that do.

Of course ur normal. I've known lots of guys over the years that didn't precum. It's funny....when I was a teen the first few guys I messed around with didn't precum and I did, so I thought I wasn't normal! It's actually pretty cool that we're all a little different.
