A Little Weird
<p>A new book has revealed that two well known British politicians were in a gay relationship with each other for quite some time.</p>
<p>Younger folk may not be too aware of either Roy Jenkins or Tony Crosland but they were big stuff in the 1960s/70s/80s; Jenkins having been the Home Secretary who legalised gay sex in Britain (along with lots of other things).</p>
<p>The thing about this I find rather amusing - and which no one seems to have pointed out - is that Crosland the jilted lover got his revenge in March 1976 by preventing Jenkins becoming Prime Minister of Great Britain (those 17 votes would have done it).</p>
