Well i would be happy if the text Thing with the Blogs could get fixed at some time but other then that this site is working well and nick you make a great Job my thanks to you

It would be nice to have notifications pop up when you have a new PM or post to your wall, But this is still the best site on the net!

Unfortunately, the embeded video codes are still not working with Tumblr. Tried it with Firefox, Opera, and IE and still get the same results.

Still having problems with my outbox - I can only access the most recent messages (i.e.: on page 1). It sometimes happens with the inbox as well.

All i really want is the New Blog Problems fixed as i expect many dont even bother to write one because half the message gets cut off..I just wish we had the Old One were you could just copy and paste with no problem.

Nick I suggested this a long time ago and got dumped all over for suggesting it. Until YOU post rules for blogs in the new members sign up, or provide a window that pops up when we log into blogs stating what YOU expect, AND THE RULES, we will continue to have this problem, AND others. The suggestion of monitors was also suggested. It's up to you of course, but when many good suggestions are made and nothing happens..far too many get a "I don't give a dam attitude" it extends to PERSONAL ATTACKS, and inappropriate behaviour too. -Ron

Thanks for those detailed replies, Nick, much appreciated. I wasn't suggesting that we segregate the blogs - I posted the comment because I know quite a number of French, German, Hungarian & Spanish speakers on the site who never get involved in debates because their command of English isn't good enough. As a linguist I don't have a problem, I can contribute to blogs in several languages, I was just concerned because quite a few people feel excluded from the interesting exchanges that go on on the various forums.

There are people from all over the world on this site, many of whom don't speak good enough English to be able to contribute to the blogs. This is a shame and a great loss to GBT, because debates tend to have a very narrow, anglo-saxon perspective to them based largely on the American worldview. Maybe we could have forums in other languages - for instance there are a lot of French speakers, either from France, Belgium, Switzerland or Canada, so why not have a French forum. Ditto for German speakers, there are quite a few of them too. If GBT is to be truly international it ought to reflect that.

fix the existing problems from previous upgrades BEFORE making any more lol! yes the blogs/social side of the site are the best having just met two nice guys from here in Montreal. some here are actually real friends, not the fair weather type ;) hugz Ron xoxo

Is there any chance that the videos can be watched more than once if you leave the page and come back? Also if our posts could show up on the main Blog page so we do not have to copy and past would be most mahvelous darlings just mahhhvelous!

Be nice if the "description" box (when you're uploading a video) actually worked. Tags are useful, but not always used (and, quite often, inaccurately used).

BTW, another thing - it would be good to be able to have different groupings of friends on your wall, those you're in contact with regularly, those you see less often ( I think you can do this on Facebook).

Anything that caters for the growing social end of the site - separate forums, chat rooms, improved private messaging that would allow us to send attachments to each other ... but I know that Nick is planning an big upgrade in the autumn. I for one would be prepared to pay a reasonable subscription if necessary - what do other people think.

i like it, but since you asked...i wish we could sort our favs into albums or catagories. like cut, uncut, butts, balls. haha. and separate the jo videos from everything else. i mean if you've seen 50 jo videos, you've seen them all!
