I wanted to share Sam's message from this morning: Morning Thomas, It' a rainy day for us and it's good for all. We will be able to relax after 2 days of a wonderful Party. Only Kali Michael jr. have lots of energy. Even if it's raining Kali wanted to go feed the ducks, I was sitting in my rocking chair watching outside then Kali take my hand and say "" ducks ducks hungry,come "" he already have the bread in his hand..lol.. I took an umbrella and went feed the ducks. Kali was very happy. Yesterday was unbelievable. A beautiful sunny and hot day even if the weatherman has announced rain for the afternoon. I think somebody upstairs put some pressure on Mother Nature for giving us a sunny day..Well done Dad and Mom :) . Now , me is a Husband. I can say that now i'm a Husband, BF,Bro. Mom and Dad , nice Pedigree, should write that on my CV..hehe!! It was a nice ceremony, very emotive for us. We were both so nervous but all went good. As usual Kali made all of us laughing, When he came out the house with the ring, he walked towards us very slowly like Simon who was near him asked him to do. It was so cute to see him holding the rings who was on a cushion. Suddently he stop walking and he pointed the hedge, T-Jay (is their pet cat) was there looking at us, Kali changed direction and runned on his direction but he stopped, came back, give the ring to Simon and returned see the cat. It was total delirious, everyone laughed, even the priest who was trying to be serious could not refrain from laughing to tears. What a wonderful Kid. Have to stop here, some friends are awake now. I will go prepare the breakfast but before I will go wake my Husband. ( i like to say that word..lol..). It will be easier for me to answer all the messages this week.

Congratulation you two. To be able to call Yannick your husband and to hear him call you husband is the greatest feeling every. I know your parents will be very proud of you two.

Today, July 26, 2014 a very special person, Alexis Samuel, known by most as Sam (Kaya986 on GBT) has married his wonderful boyfriend, Yannick. Yesterday Sam celebrated his 23rd birthday. Which means they have been together for nearly 8 years, having met at 15 at the Wal-Mart. Their life together has not always been smooth and easy. But at each juncture in their lives, Yannick was there to love and hold Sam close. I know Sam, and he is the most caring, gentle, kind and loving man I have ever known given all the things that have happened in his short life. I do not know Yannick directly, but I do know from Sam, that Yannick makes him smile, makes him laugh and loves him with all his heart. And therefore, I am certain in my heart of how wonderful a man Yannick is as well. So today, as they stand together in front of friends and family, Sam’s best friend Simon, Simon’s little nephew Kali Jr. as ring bearer, Sam’s little brother Patrick and the assembled family and friends I congratulate them on this step in their lives a symbol of their enduring love and commitment to one another. And I know, that Sam’s parents are looking down from above, as are his grandparents, seeing their son and grandson stand tall, and know they are proud of the man he is today and the man he loves. Today, at Sam’s ancestral family home love shines brightly and the world is a better place.
