Invite him over to your house. Go on GBT and see how he response. First, see if he is horny. You can do this by saying: "I'm horny." When you tell him that, if he is horny he will tell you. Boy this sounds really good. I should try this myself with a friend:-)

Cut him loose. Stop wasting your time with him and go find yourself a real gay friend who wants to do the deed. You don't need to be putting up with that kind of bullshit when the are so many gay guys out there that will be plenty willing to offer you their dicks and are eager to take yours. I personally have no straight friends but then I don't want any. I stick to my own kind and it has served me well over the years. That's why I don't go very long without getting some dick.
