There's nothing wrong with glasses. Just as long as they are tasteful and stylish which accent your looks rather that being loud and gaudy which take away from and overpower your looks and make you seem like a dork (see Texas Governor Rick Perry). If glasses are a necessity for you, then treat them as an accouterment to your overall image package. Good taste and style is always a winning combination. I suggest thin gold or silver wire rims. Stay away from heavy, thick tortoise shell or black plastic frames. People see the glasses and not your face. Unless of course you happen to be really ugly.
