There is a song by Jimmy Page from his 1988 solo studio l.p. called "Outrider" that is called "Hummingbird". Great song even though it is referencing a girl who does blow jobs...I don't see why it could not be referred to a boy, eh?! I understand that that term does in a sexual way mean anyone who gives blow jobs!
