<p>Thank you to everyone for the all the birthday wishes yesterday and for cheering me up! It's always great to have support from anyone and anywhere, so thank you all. And my 21st was great! Got birthday wishes from all around and my friends took me out for dinner that night. Now just gotta battle one more obstacle: the dreaded hangover right now!</p>

Very happy to hear that you had such a great birthday. Sorry about your hangover but I'm sure that you've recovered by now, at least I hope so. I haven't been hung-over since Super Bowl Monday but that may change this weekend. I hope that you will have a good weekend, take care and stay happy!

hmm drink some guiness when you wakeup then uk style fried bread - fried egg fried tomatoes - fried bacon - baked beans add ketchup and down with strong cofee then bananna and yougurt then if your still iffy back to bed under the duvet and hold your head in your hands and repeat `never again` :)- tc friend glad you had a good day - giles
