Thanks for all the replies I know that the mid west and east coast have some really cool tree rats ha ha but so does Europe but the person that took the picture never said where it was taken. Thanks again

Very Common to upper Michigan ans South Eastern Canada. Is actually a 'grey squirrel'. When colonies are plentiful - there is a cross gene that causes the black/white variation. Not sure if it has a similar cousin else where. HUGS
