Playbuddy, your wondering about whether gay guys get checked out differently is a good question. I did not start getting annual physicals until my later 30's, but I told my doctor I was gay on the first visit, and I got my first ever D.R.E. that same visit, and every year since. After I turned fifty, he asked if I felt comfortable getting one like he had never given me one before...very strange. I wonder if he even included all of those earlier exams as part of the physical report or were they just for "fun" at no charge. I've never gotten any pleasure out of them. Some times he has been quick and other times he lingered so long I had to half way turn around to see what was going on. I've gotten the treatment from a Urologist where they milk your prostate and hold a microscope slide under your dick to catch fluid. I'd call it pre-cum, but when pre-cum flows it feels good. This treatment kind of burned, but the test results were good. So guys, do come out to your doctor, whatever your age and see if you get an immediate D.R.E. and let us know.
