it happens to all of us time to time. try to focus on what is important. start with basic things if you need to sort s--t out.
occupational therapy always helps me.

thanks guys, I think I just was going through a little dip, probably cause of not feeling well, makes climbing the walls a little more of a struggle, been at the docs, so hopefully get back to supporting all my friends again with my love and affection, scott

How so, and where were you going to begin with? You might need to this way, or it might be that way. Oh, and if you see any bottles that say "Drink me," avoid those.
