Does anybody know how long it usually takes for a vid to upload!

Do you mean for a video that you've uploaded to be posted? The answer is 'it depends'. Sometimes, a video will post quickly. Sometimes, it takes days. Sometimes, never. The never may have to do with there being watermarks on the upload or the content being unacceptable. There is no FAQ on GBT to explain.

Do you know an easy way to upload a pic? I can't figure it out

There seems to be something strange with uploading - takes "forever", uploaded some stuff yesterday still not published...
