All sound advice below regarding exercise but a bit fascist about food too. Food is to be enjoyed. Enjoy your treats once in a while. Porridge (yeah, I know even the name of the stuff puts a lot of people off) is about the best way to start your day. Make it the night before if you don't want a heavy, warm breakfast and thin it with milk in the morning and have it cold. It's good for your heart, gives you plenty of fibre and reduces cholesterol. All proven. It's something of a magic wand. Have fruit midday. Have a light lunch. Ignore the no-bread advice. This may seem like a tall order but try making your own bread -- it's more wholesome and easier on your gut -- and it's not full of nasty additives (I make sourdough, and even people who think they have a wheat intolerance can often eat that with no problem). Who doesn't like a big chunky sandwich?! Enjoy lean meat as said below, but come on! Once in a while red meat is a delight. Yes, it's fatty and not all the fats may be good, but any chef will tell you fat means flavour. Number one on my list if you're having trouble figuring out a "good" diet would be to consider supplementing with vitamin b complex. B-vitamins are hard to absorb from food and essential to getting energy from your food. Thiamine -- B6 -- for example, is essential to central nervous system function. Get enough of that into you in the morning and you're well set for the day. Which brings me back to porridge and hmm, a piece of toast I think. Read up some. Don't stress. And enjoy your food. If you think you're overweight, rather than go on a faddish (often dangerous) diet, simply look at fasting twice a week for a month. The regular calorie intake for an adult male is 2200-2500. You eat 400 calories for two days a week for a month and you will lose weight. It's that simple. Enjoy your youth and beauty!

All three bits of advice entirely sound in my opinion. Not sure I go along with swiftjohn regarding avoiding bread ['as much as possible'] . Lots of bread (like lots of almost any food) is unbalanced diet and thus unsound, but there is bread and bread. Sliced white, eagerly devoured by so many (at least in UK) is stuff to avoid. However, many other breads, such as wholemeal, multigrain etc. cost little more and are nutritious. Somewhere on recent GBT, yet another young jacker tastes his cum, this one's face reflecting his dislike of its taste. All he need do is to avoid jacking for a bit, difficult as that may be, change his diet to include plenty of fresh fruit, tomatoes, asparagus if available, then give it another try. He'll be surprised at the difference!

No fast food, no fried food, no sugar in any form (candy, cookies, cakes, soft drinks) and especially no diet soda. Diet soda contains aspertame. Aspertame tricks the body into thinking it's starving and tells it to store fat. Aspertame is also chemically addictive and you go through withdrawal symptoms if you go too long without it. Ever notice that fat people are always walking around with a diet soda in their hand? Instead, eat one ingredient foods. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables (not canned). Avoid bread as much as possible. Your drink of choice should be water. If you snack, snack on walnuts or almonds. Meat should be fresh fish, chicken and lean beef (bison is better than beef. It has one fourth the fat and is rich in omega 3 fatty acids which beef doesn't have). Most importantly, be sure the meat is organically raised using no growth hormones or antibiotics. Your cooking methods should be baking, broiling, grilling or steaming - NEVER deep fat frying. Then join a gym and work out regularly - at least every other day - no excuses. Eventually, this will become second nature, effortless and your normal lifestyle. All this will take extra time, effort, money and a new learning curve but the reward will be to have a healthy, sexually attractive body that will get you lots of (and better quality) dick. And for me, getting dick is what it's all about.
