I have tried to download the adobe reader 11 three times and have not had sucess. I can watch any videos. any ideas???

Hmm......yes exactly....look for Adobe FLASH original site and follow the instructions GOOD LUCK !

Adobe reader is for documents and still images. Adobe FLASH player is for video. Thats what you need.
