HOW TO POST VIDS AND IMAGES ON SOMEONE'S WALL/ NOTE: YOU CANNOT POST ANYTHING, ANYWHERE DIRECTLY FROM YOUR COMPUTER. IT NEEDS TO FIRST BE HOSTED SOMEWHERE ON THE INTERNET OR UPLOADED TO A HOST SITE:

You will see a toolbar at the top of the comment box. Click on the far right box and paste the vid embed code in the window. To post an image get the image address from the host. If you don't know the address, right click the image and click on 'copy image location'. It will copy the address. Then click on the 2nd box from the right in the comment box toolbar and paste the image address in that window. Please be considerate by not posting oversized images or vids on ppl's walls.

HOW TO POST IMAGES IN A BLOG:

Get the image address from the image host and copy it. If you don't know the host, right click the image and click on 'copy image location'. To post it in a GBT blog open 'create a new blog'. In the toolbox at the top click on the box that is 2nd from the right and paste the vid address in that window.

HOW TO POST VIDS IN A BLOG:

There is a 'share' or 'embed' tab on Youtube vids and usually on vids at other sites too. Click on it and copy the embed code. Youtube gives you size options too. Click on 'share' and in the dropdown box click on 'embed'. You can then click on the 'more' tab and choose the size you want the vid to be. It will automatically change the embed code to reflect the size you choose. Copy the embed code. When you click on 'create a new blog' at GBT you will see a toolbar at the top. Click on the box at the far right. It opens a window for you to paste the embed code in....and voila!

HOW TO EDIT OR DELETE YOUR BLOGS:

Click on the 'BLOG' tab in the navigation bar just below your avatar. It will bring up a page of all of your blogs. Each blog has 'edit/delete' tabs at the bottom.

HOW TO ADD VIDEOS TO YOUR HOME PAGE WALL (The space between your avatar and fav vids):

Go to the video on youtube that you want to post on your page. Unerneath the player you will see the word 'SHARE'. Click on it. Then underneath 'SHARE' you will see 'EMBED'. Click on it. It will show an embed code. Copy that embed code and paste it in a notepad on your cumputer. Make sure to label the code ( the title of video) so you will know what the code is for. Now login to GBT. Click on 'EDIT PROFILE' at the top of your GBT page. Copy the video embed code that you pasted in your notepad and paste it in the box on the left called 'PROFILE DESCRIPTION'. Scroll down to the bottom of the main profile editor page and click on 'SAVE PREFERENCES'. Now just refresh/ reload your GBT page and the video will show up where you put it. Use these same directions for any other videos you want to put on your page.
