Please seek out professional counciling. If you've already seen a psychologist/psychiatrist go back and get more counciling in order to discover how to resolve your serious issues of resentment, etc. You are on a path of self-distruction IMO. I'm sure there is a good guy underneath all of your hatred. Please get the help that you so desperately need. (((hugs)))
