We are dedicated to providing gay guys from all around the World with a safe place to chat with each other. It doesn’t matter where in the World you live, or whether you come from another gay website, you are most welcome here. The only thing we ask is that you MUST be aged 18 to apply for registration.
It’s not just about chat, it’s all about talking to like minded guys, having a laugh, sharing good times and yes, even talking about bad times. In the all new chat room, there are different rooms which you can pop into to participate too. Had a long day, or need some time alone to think, why not pop into Ryan’s Garden. A room where you can relax, unwind and just talk if you want to. This room is perfect for talking about things which have been bothering you or you’ve had a stressful day at work. Whatever the reason, do pop in here just to “chill out” There’s a Team of Staff working both in the background, and in the chat room keeping the place safe. If you feel you need to talk we are here for you. If you’re worried about privacy, please let us reassure you that anything you say will be treated with the strictest of confidence. But do bear in mind that although we can offer help, advice and support, we are not trained Counselors. But, we will help you find a way to overcome whatever is troubling you.
Then, there’s the Social Networking part of the site. You can meet people, make new friends, upload photos and much more. Yes, you can even send private messages!

So far, the most active time for GaySiteUnite Chat is starting about 11 PM Eastern US time (sometimes earlier). However, there is nothing to hold members back from chatting 24/7.
I can't log on any more. Is it because you revamped the site? Do I need to re-register?
What are the peak times for chat? (Pick a time zone, ZULU). What the hell is going on with the chat here?

Since GSU chat will be down for a few days we ask GSU Members to Join us in GSU Google Hangouts Chat.
How to join GSU Hangouts chat
Go to https://hangouts.google.com/ add gaysiteunite to your contact list. then message that you want to join in GSU Chat. Once you are added no need to log out when you are done chatting there. Just close chat window, log out of hangouts or even shut off you computer. Just do not log out. The next time you log into hangouts you will see the group chat in your contact box.

We will see a "Page suspended" message in the near future when logging into gaysiteunite.com. This is temporary while we switch servers. We will be back up and running asap. For those that are members of the GSU google community we can use the GSU Hangouts group chat while the switch is taking place.
We are very pleased that other rooms in GSU are being used. Do not forget to check to see if other rooms are occupied if the room you are in is empty. Remember to vist GSU Forum Plus to enjoy our other features and read Gay News blogs that are updated often.

All member requests from any site or social media site are checked to make sure there is no underage images on them. We choose to not allow anyone with underage children on there walls or pages in GSU Chat Network. This has been our policy since day one. You have to have your valid email address as well. You need this if you loose your password or if we can not find you on the sites we check for more info. We email everyone that is approved. If you are approved and have entered a invalid email address we will delete you approval. we do this to insure we have a site that will not have anyone discussing underage sexual activities or trading any underage url's. We have many members that understand this and know they will not have to deal with it while enjoying laughs and chat with other members. We do want you as a member. All we ask is that if you have any of these mentioned above while registering we can not approve your request. We want you to be a part of our growing chat network but we do stick to our policies. If you have been denied in the past you can sort out these issues and re register and enjoy our many features we have.
