Chapter 2

I woke at 5 am Friday morning,

My I-Phone Smartwatch had been set to vibrate at just that time,

I opened my eyes and glanced over where Tony slumbered on, only the moonlight bathed the room in light, dawn wouldn't rise until 7.30 and we needed to be well on our way by then.....

I rose from the bed and pulled on my boxes and padded silently to Tony, I shook him gently and his eyes opened and he smiled when he saw me,

'Morning Rory,' I smiled back,

'Let's go brush our teeth, we don't need to shower, then I will make breakfast and we'll make tracks OK?'

Tony nodded and rubbed the sleep from his eyes, I strode to the bathroom and ran some water and brushed my teeth, I still don't shave so that was all I needed to do,

Tony came in, just in boxers, his tanned body was making me tremble.

It was obvious that he too, did not shave, I pondered whether it was very blond boys like us that didn't shave at our age?.

I left him and made porridge. I had been thinking about the trip, we would need to dress for dinner, and it was obvious by his holdall he wasn't carrying any, and there was no time to go to his home to pick up some, but I had checked out his body, and he was a similar size to me, except two inches smaller, so that was no problem, I could supply him whatever he needed at home.....

By the time Tony had finished, I had dressed and the porridge was bubbling away,

'How do you like it Tony?', he walked over,

'With salt please,' I offered him a dram, he looked surprised and said,

'Really Rory, Whiskey with everything!' I smiled,

'Yes, except with sex, it stings!' he blushed but accepted, I didn't, I was driving.........

I had a very good look at him, while we were eating, he really was stunningly handsome, very angular face, very fair skin, an even set of lips, stunning large pale blue eyes topped off with fine blond hair that turned yellow in time, my cock started to swell.

'Tony, do you mind if I ask you a personal question?' he looked up, smiling,

'How personnel?'... I dithered slightly,

'Sorry Tony, forget it, '.....

.'Rory!.' I looked up,

'Do you consider us friends?'.

The question surprised me.

'Of course, did you think we weren't?'...

'Well, we have never socialized together.'...I stopped eating,

'Tony have you forgotten, I asked you out on a date about a year ago, and you thanked me and said I wasn't your type!'...

Tony dropped his eyes and blushed slightly,.'.

'Did you hate me for refusing you?'... He still wouldn't look at me.

Now it was my turn to be surprised,...

'Tony! nobody hates you, besides being a Blond Greek God, you are one of the nicest boys on campus, never mind one of the most handsome',

Everyone likes you, some, like me, lust after you, you must know how much people care for you? It was that after you refused my offer of a date I found out you were madly in love with Reggie, so I didn't pursue you.'. Plus it eased my bruised ego by not seeking you out.

Tony suddenly looked up, shocked...

'Found out from whom?'.....his eyes searched mine.

'Oh, it was the talk of the Uni at that time, ' i said lightly,

He looked even more shocked, he started to blush quite deeply.

'You mean everyone knew?'

I realized instantly he was close to tears, I had to defuse this quickly,

'No, I meant everyone in the 'gang'. I smiled at him, trying to reassure him, I failed.

He dropped his eyes again and said quietly,

.'You must all have laughed at me?'. His hands fell from my shoulders and he slumped.

I rose quickly and went to him and knelt beside him and held him at arm's length.

'Tony, we all love you, we would never laugh at you, no-one can predict who they are going to fall in love with, I personally felt very sorry for you, because I knew that Reggie is totally straight.

Wasn't it frustrating for you living and working with him all that time?'......Tears fell, I pulled him towards me and hugged him.

'I thought he would eventually come round to loving me,.' he started to sob.

I wiped away his tears with a napkin, ...

'Tony, it's obvious he loves you, but as a best friend, not a lover, and now you have put him in a very difficult position, how can he share a dorm with you, knowing how much you love him, he would be nervous around you all the time, but he still acted appallingly and he will be punished.!'..........

Tony moved away from me,

'You're not going to hurt him are you?'......his words startled me.

'No! Of course not, but he must be told how badly he has treated you.!'.

'Please don't Rory, you will frighten him!.... I stood up,

'What do you mean I will frighten him,?', Tony sat down,

'Well you know a lot of students are frightened of you.! 'I just stood there, open-mouthed, astounded by his words.

I sat down and said nothing, could this be true, a lot of students are frightened of me.?

I just couldn't understand it, why would they be.? I am kind, caring and friendly to anyone, I take time to talk,... It was Tony who broke the silence......

'You really didn't know?' Tony'seyes widened with surprise ay my reaction to his words, he reached out his hand to me,

I felt my tears coming, I rose quickly and went to the bathroom and closed the door.

How could this be possible, I am a loving person, I don't hate anybody and I am kind to all, Tony knocked softly on the door,

'Rory please come out.' I wiped my tears and opened the door, Tony could see I had been weeping, he just reached forward and hugged me,..'

I am so sorry, I thought you knew?' I pulled away from him,

'Are you frighted of me?' he smiled wanly and turned his eyes from mine,

'A little bit.'. he said sheepily,

'But why I have never done anything to hurt or threaten you.!'...

Tony held me by my shoulders, his pale blue eyes searching mine, there was a concern in them.

'Do you really not know your reputation, ??'. Tony's voice had a note of incredulity about it.

'What reputation?' I was completely baffled., I had NEVER heard of any reputation concerning me before.

'Have you forgotten when those three thugs picked on Bobby in the locker room and you went to his aid, and that boy swung a punch at you, and you floored him with one punch?'

I nodded, trying to understand what he was explaining,

'That one punch broke his jaw, didn't you see how frightened they were when you confronted them in the canteen the following morning and threatened them?'

I shook my head, I was searching my mind for that particular memory,

'Everyone else did, and took notice and kept a wide berth, but it was the fight at the Skater Park when two local toughs picked on Timmy from my Halls of Residence,

'That 'Really' made your reputation, they were bigger and older than you, you kidney punched one and punched the other, just two blows and you floored them both, one, again, with a broken jaw, have you forgotten all this.?

I shook my head, of course, I hadn't forgotten, but I had not paid that much attention to the aftermath, the fact that Timmy was safe was all I cared about.

'But I thought I was doing good!' I said in a quiet voice.

'Yes, Rory, we all know that, but word got around, why do you think there is never any trouble when you're around?' He still held my shoulders, he shook me slightly.

I didn't understand the question, What trouble was he talking about?

'What do you mean, no trouble when I am around.?' he smiled at me,

'Rory there are bullies all the way through Uni, but when they see you coming, they all melt away. surely you must have known about them?'

Tony looked at me, I must have been staring into the distance, trying to make sense of what he was saying, he reached forward and kissed me full of the lips, I was startled, I pulled away,

'Tony what are you doing?'.

'I am sorry Rory, I didn't realize how sweet you really are.'

He smiled at me, I lowered my eyes,

'I had no idea people feared me.'

Tony lifted my chin,

'Sorry, I used the wrong word, forgive me, People are WARY of you, not afraid.'

I smiled back at him, his face has softened.

'You're just saying that to placate me!'...

Tony's pale blue eyes gazed into mine,

I never knew how nice a guy you are,' he said it gently, with meaning, he reached forward and kissed me again, this time I didn't pull away, I loved the way he kissed, not open-mouthed with tongue but gently and firm,

Eventually, we pulled apart, I grinned at him slightly embarrassed I had a throbbing hardon.

'I always knew YOU were really nice, why do you think I asked you out.!' and we both laughed.

We dressed quickly and headed down the darkened corridors out to the car park,

I pressed my remote and my lovely Range Rover Evoke blinked at me,

Tony looked at the beautiful blue metallic car, looked at me and said,

'This is yours,?'

I told him it was a Birthday present from my parents a month previously, and we both slipped into the yellow leather and burr walnut interior and silently glided down the drive and out of the Large cast iron gilded Victorian Gates.

We drove through the quiet, deserted streets of St. Andrews and headed North on the A9, we chatted, I assured him that the car was second hand, but he was impressed by it,

I remembered that unlike many of my friends, Tony was an ordinary Scottish boy from Edinburgh, and this $150.000 Range Rover would impress him.

He asked me about our Selective Breeding business and if we kept the animals at The Estate,

I smiled and explained that, no, very few were kept at the Estate only animals who were born there, like some of the Horses and Cattle, the rest were bought and stabled across the world.

They were managed by one of the company's Agents in those Countries, and that it was all coordinated at my family's Business Offices In Mayfair London.

'Do you sell to anyone?' I glanced over at him,

'Well not to Moor's or Israelite's!' Tony looked puzzled,

'Moor's and Israelite's?' 'What' does that mean?

I explained that it was my mother's quaint way of saying, without seeming unkind, that we don't sell to Muslims or Jews.

He just looked at me, baffled.

'It's quite simple Tony, my mother adores all animals, and has seen many of our prize stock being born,

She is also a vegetarian, and the thought of when these animals come to the end of their lives, that they may be put down in the way those two peoples slaughter animals, by cutting their throats without stunning, was causing her much worry, and my father, who adores the ground she stands on, made it a company rule, we may buy horses from around Arabia, but we don't sell stock sperm to any of the Muslim countries or Isreal, it's official Company policy.'

He seemed a little startled,

'But don't those countries object to this blanket ban?'

I turned to look at him and said.

'Quite simply, they don't have any choice in the matter.'

'Tony, do you remember the winter of 2012?', he nodded,

'We lost about 300 sheep and cattle in those huge snow drifts, they froze to death, we have never kept ordinary sheep or cattle since, if we need lamb we will trade with another Estate in our area, give them venison in exchange.

My mother can walk through the park and feed the pet Munk-Jack Deer by hand, she, like my oldest brother Harry, is a creature of nature, wild animals of the forests are attracted to both of them,

When I was quite young, I followed her into the woods and I came across a clearing, and my mother was standing in a shaft of sunlight smiling and above her head, a dozen or more butterflies danced around her, I have never forgotten, or witnessed anything like that since!'

Tony's face had a look of wonder,

'All true Tony.' I drove on.

On the journey up, I told him what to expect at home, that we dressed for dinner, there was a panicked look in his eyes,

I assured him I had enough dress clothes to dress both of us more than once,

'Why do your parents dress for dinner every night? he asked me,

I explained that in the 1960's my father was an aide to the Governor of Hong Kong and there were official dinners every night, so that became the norm, and they have just carried on.

I asked him not to address my parents by their titles, and to call my father sir, but most importantly that he was coming as a friend of mine, and that meant he would be fully accepted by my family and so to calm his nerves, and just act the sweet kind boy he really was,

Echoing his words about me, he smiled and reached over and squeezed my hand resting on the gear shift.

I immediately had an erection and hoped he hadn't noticed in the darkened interior.

I was determined not to take advantage of the situation,

Yes I fancied him, I always had, but he was delicate just now, so my mission was to make his stay, with my family, a happy one as possible, and I hoped, it would be one of many visits to our remote Estate......

We reached the Southern Gatehouse by ten am, the gates were shut, the Ex Royal Marine Commando Sniper Gillie, who lived there with his family, rushed out pulling on a jacket and opened the gates, I lowered the window,

'Morning Angus, how's the Family? he told me they were well,

'Forgive the delay, My Lord, we didn't expect you so early.'

I told him not to worry about it and introduced Tony and asked Angus to treat him with the courtesy he showed me,

Angus bowed and we drove through towards the Village, there were some people milling about and all waved at us as we passed,

'No-one is afraid of me here Tony'... I said it quietly, he again placed his hand over mine on the gear shift, and we looked across at each other and smiled.

Damn, this boy was getting to me. The sun bathed his face he seemed godlike.

'This is so beautiful Rory,' he said it with a note of wonder.

Although the early morning sun sparkled on the yellow road, snow still bathed the surrounding lands in a thick blanket, even the vast meadowlands were covered in snow, you could see where the deer had moved the snow with their hooves to feed,

It wasn't unusual to have snow up till May,

I had text my father at the gatehouse, and he was waiting with my Mother and Hamish as we pulled into the drive, we got out,

I told Tony to leave the luggage, and we went to greet my parents. I kissed my parents and introduced Tony,

'This is Anthony Yellowlees, my friend from the University' and before I could say,

'And the Vice president of the Film Club that made our Documentary', my father said,

'I say! Not The Yellowlees from Morningside.?' Tony nodded,

'Well well my boy, your Grandfather did a great Job for us here and it all still works beautifully, do come in.'...

I was completely speechless, I followed my father into the house, with his arm around Tony's shoulder,'

My Mother looked at me, kissed me then said,

'Are you alright darling, you look a bit surprised?'

Surprised, I was dumbfounded..

.The last thing I expected was for Tony to be swept into the house like some honoured guest! What on earth was going on? I was astounded by what came out.
