The Bathhouse - Hot or Not?
I know some of us find bathhouses gross - and they can be! I would love to hear what your experiences have been like.

I think bathhouses (since the apps) have been less popular than they were when they were one of the few places we could go to for quick, anonymous sex. I still like to go occasionally just for the pure-sex atmosphere.
Depending on the country and local laws, some serve liquor, so you can have a drink... many have gyms, steam rooms... like a club where you can also get a blowjob! Even if you don't want to play they are fun places to go just to watch the action as well. If you have not been (or want to try a new one while traveling) look up reviews online to see what people think of them -- are they clean? Well run? etc. Worth checking out IMO
in what cities have bathhouses? I have seen in porn and read in books, but never knew of anyone that existed.
I have been to to two different bathhouses and had fun at both. One of them I go to more because it is only about 30 minutes away. All my experiences have been good. I have even kept .an ongoing relationship with a couple of guys. So it doesn't have to be only about sex. Most things are what we make of it.
I've been to many bathhouses over the years. First in L.A. where I was fucked for the first time.
