I'll bet he noted this one in his diary! His gasps and groans suggest, firstly, that he was in ecstasy; and secondly, that the ecstasy continued long after the ejaculation - itself abundant! - had ended. It would be very satisfying, I should think, to be able to give a 'helping hand' to such a boy as this. You'd feel you'd really achieved something as you felt him quivering in your hand.
